This policy explains how the Fortunebound website, operated under Wild Flint ("we" or "us"), handles personal information. It covers this marketing website and its forms. It does not describe data practices of a separately distributed game or a third-party store.

- Waitlist: your email address, when you choose to join, to send Fortunebound news and release updates.
- Support: your email address, selected topic and message, plus your device, operating system and game version if you provide them. We use this information to respond, investigate problems and improve the game or website. A support request does not subscribe you to marketing.
- Hosting and security: our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver the site, handle forms and prevent abuse.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. The website does not offer user accounts or collect payment information.
Forms, hosting and service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions for us. People administering the site can access those submissions to manage the waitlist and support requests. Email correspondence is also handled through our email service. Providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or our legal rights.

Joining the waitlist is optional. You can ask us to remove your address from the waitlist at any time using the support form or jeff@poruscreative.com. You can browse the site without submitting either form.

Contact us to make a request or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details. Requests to unsubscribe may require keeping a minimal record to avoid contacting you again.
